1. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Identification of the content you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient for NowDone to locate it.

4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the copyright owner.

If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@nowdone.co. Your counter-notice should include the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

NowDone may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly submit infringing content.

Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith copyright notices or counter-notices may result in legal consequences and may also result in account restrictions or removal from NowDone.
