Information you provide: your name, email, neighborhood, and any details you share when you join the waitlist, create an account, or contact us.

Task and account information: the tasks you post or accept, messages exchanged in-app, and identity-verification materials submitted by Taskers.

Usage and device information: standard data such as how you interact with the site and app, used to keep the service secure and working well.

To operate NowDone — matching requesters with nearby Taskers, processing payments through our payment provider, and keeping the marketplace safe.

To communicate with you about your waitlist spot, your account, and launch in your area.

To verify identity, prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to reports and support requests.

We share information with service providers who help us run NowDone, such as our payment processor and infrastructure providers, under agreements that protect your data.

Limited profile information is shared between matched requesters and Taskers so a task can be completed.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. NowDone does not store full payment card numbers. Your financial details are entered directly with the processor.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
